2025 Live Burn Exercise

On Sunday, November 3rd, 2025, the team participated in a 'live burn' exercise conducted by New Milford's 3 fire departments, Water Witch Hose CO #2, Gaylordsville, and Northville. The training is required annually for all interior firefighters.

Thirteen CERT members provided rehab - rehabilitation for firefighters, providing respite, snacks and hydration. Members also assisted with firefighter accountability - who was where.
